The Hot Mikado team are looking for a cast of talented, hard-working actors, singers and dancers. But most importantly, we're looking for people who love performing and who will have fun rehearsing and performing this fantastic show.
Below is everything you need to know about the auditions, and information all of the characters, including the audition material that you may be asked to prepare...
You'll need to do two things at your audition - take part in a group dance session and prepare a song of your choice to perform in an individual singing/acting audition.
2) Individual singin/acting audition slots are available at the following times. Please book yourself a slot HERE.
Saturday 10th December at Guy's Campus: 2 - 5pm
Sunday 11th December at Strand Campus: 12pm-2pm
Sunday 11th December at Strand Campus: 4-7pm
For this you'll need to prepare 1-2 minutes of a song of your choice (jazz, musical theatre or pop please!), and read a short piece of dialogue from the show.
1) Group dance sessions take place at the following times - just turn up to one of these:
Saturday 10th December at Guy's Campus: 5 - 7pm
Sunday 11th December at Strand Campus: 10 - 12am
Sunday 11th December at Strand Campus: 2 - 4pm
You don't need to prepare anything for the group dance audition, but please remember to wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothes!
